Returns & Exchanges Policy

WK Store aims to provide a clear, fair shopping experience while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

14-day request period

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging with all accessories. These conditions do not limit statutory rights for defective, nonconforming or wrongly supplied goods.

Personal items excluded from change-of-mind returns

For health and hygiene reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, subject to applicable rights relating to defects or nonconforming goods:

Underwear of all types
Lingerie
Satin garments
Heating sets
Socks
Towels
Personal cotton basics, including leggings, bermudas, tops and shorts
Similar personal-use items

Inspection and shipping fees

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. If we send an incorrect item, WK Store covers the shipping costs needed to resolve our mistake. For other eligible exchanges or returns, shipping fees are paid by the customer. Non-statutory requests may be refused if original-condition requirements are not met.
